In recognition of Pink October, the Global Indian International School (GIIS) Abu Dhabi community came together last month to raise awareness and show solidarity with those affected by breast cancer.

Students and staff alike participated in a day dedicated to compassion, hope, and unity, donning shades of pink to symbolise their support for the cause. The event served as a heartfelt reminder of the power of awareness and the strength that comes from standing together.

Through reflective discussions, creative displays, and moments of collective support, the school community celebrated courage, recognised resilience, and honoured those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
